Return and Exchange Details

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 business days from receipt.
• Email us at support@shahinafashion.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
• Attach a photo highlighting defects or issues.
• Return shipping costs apply for size selection mistakes or order cancellations.

Free Returns

• If the product is not as described, damaged, or delayed, we provide a free return shipping label.
• Return shipping costs are reimbursed after receiving the returned item.

Return Conditions

Items must be in original condition, unused, and free of perfume or stains.

Non-Refundable Items

ON SALE and Custom Made dresses are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Method

Use your local post office with the slowest (cheapest) shipping method.

Refund Processing

Refunds or exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receiving the item.

After receiving the return item it will take minimum 5 to 7 working days to reflect the amount into their original payment method.
